Job Description
Porter Cares is expanding into Harris County, TX and seeking Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home health risk assessments. You'll evaluate medical history, perform physical exams, identify diagnoses, and contribute to a personalized health approach focused on transparency and improved patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Valid unencumbered Texas NP license
- 3 years of patient care experience required
- Strong sense of empathy, compassion, and friendliness
- Exceptional communication skills
