Job Description
Autolab is a fast-growing technology startup looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) Junior to identify, contact, and generate interest in potential clients in Colombia. The role involves prospecting new B2B clients, presenting the value of Autolab, and collaborating with marketing and operations to optimize the commercial strategy.
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of experience in B2B prospecting or similar roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of prospecting tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Analytical, curious, and results-oriented mindset
- Passion for learning, working in a team, and growing in the commercial area
