Job Description
Polly is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant specializing in Software Implementation and Consulting. The ideal candidate will own complex customer implementations, guide stakeholders, and ensure seamless customer onboarding. They should be proficient in project management and communication skills and have expertise in mortgage software/system implementations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading software implementations and managing enterprise or high-complexity customers
- Expertise with project management tools and systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence)
- Experience with mortgage software/system implementations
- Comfort with technical systems and configuration
- Strong communication skills
- Experience creating logic-driven rule sets
