Implementation Specialist - USA

We are seeking a proactive and highly collaborative Implementation Specialist to join a dynamic project delivery team. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of project and portfolio management solutions, working with both cloud and on-premise systems.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce, or equivalent technical education; advanced degrees preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, design, or project controls.
• Ability to travel 25–50% as required.
• Preferred certifications: P.Eng., P.E., EIT, PMI, or AACE credentials.
• Experience with project management tools such as Oracle Primavera P6/EPPM, Unifier, Prime, Aconex, Safran, Microsoft Project, and related ERP/EAM systems.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio management, cost and contract control, risk analysis, and reporting/dashboarding tools.
• Collaborative, innovative, and client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
