Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience designing and developing learning programs in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end instructional design projects and mentoring peers.
- Advanced proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Captivate) and design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), adult learning principles, and assessment design.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects, aligning stakeholders, and delivering high-quality results on time.
- Exceptional written and visual communication skills that simplify complexity and enhance learner engagement.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively in cross-functional settings.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design or adaptive learning technologies.
