The Instructional Designer II transforms complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences that empower employees to perform at their best. This role is hands-on in creating SOPs, job aids, microlearning, and simulations aligned with established standards and style guides.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience designing digital and instructor-led learning content in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled at applying learning objectives, adult learning principles, and assessment best practices.
- Hands-on experience with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate) and content packaging for LMS.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and basic design tools such as Canva.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex processes.
- Exposure to CX or Operations training environments. (preferred)
- Experience with light media or video production (screen capture, audio cleanup, simple editing). (preferred)
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic content customization. (preferred)
