LiveCraft is a social commerce company that launches, scales, and optimizes brands across platforms. We're looking for a Director of Business Development to join our growing team and serve as the front line of growth for LiveCraft.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in sales roles within a social or media agency, or a social / e-commerce platform
- 2+ years of direct sales experience on TikTok Shop (US)
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop market maturity and strategies across regions such as Mexico, Brazil, and the UK
- Proven track record of generating new business through proactive networking, prospecting, and storytelling
- Strong understanding of social, e-commerce, TikTok, and influencer marketing ecosystems
- Established network of brand and marketing-leader relationships
- Skilled storyteller and communicator, comfortable engaging CMOs and senior stakeholders
- HubSpot fluency
- A natural leader who takes initiative, is highly detail-oriented, and thinks big-picture
- Passion for social trends, influencer culture, and creator communities
