Shift Supervisor responsible for providing leadership to ensure outstanding customer service, meets operating objectives and financial goals, and follows company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, and restaurant industries
• Ability to engage with customers, develop positive relationships, and communicate effectively
• High-energy, collaborative management experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• English fluency required, English/Spanish bilingual a plus
