Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to provide leadership and ensure outstanding customer service, meet operating objectives and financial goals, and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail and restaurant
• Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• High-energy, collaborative management experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• English fluency is required
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
