The Head of Business Development UK is responsible for developing and executing BD strategies and plans across the UK, Middle East, and Africa regions, creating new opportunities and fostering growth in existing markets.
Requirements
- Drive the development of military and commercial sales plans and engagement
- Lead the development, review, and submission of Rough Order of Magnitude (ROMs) quotes, and proposals
- Work closely with PLEXSYS Leadership to develop, establish, and direct channel distribution strategies
- Collaborate seamlessly across US, UK, and AUS BD Leadership and teams
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships and solutions to customer readiness gaps
- Develop and implement sales and partnership strategies for expanding the regional customer base
- Give in-depth presentations of PLEXSYS solutions
- Collaborate with Company Marketing to develop and implement regional marketing plans
- Support the Company's participation in trade shows, industry events, workshops, and webinars
- Update Salesforce persistently and accurately for corporate awareness and efficient execution
