Planful is looking for a Technical Customer Account Manager to manage routine customer account tasks and support global clients in adopting new features.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within SaaS or technical support.
- Background in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Ability to learn new software quickly and clearly communicate product features;
- Strong verbal and written English, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply and clearly.
- Experience handling administrative tasks such as user management, account setup, and customer training.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach to engagement and relationship building.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn and grow.
