Job Description
We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead software solutions and manage a team of engineers. The role involves crafting custom solutions, managing projects, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a solid technical background, experience in managing teams, and knowledge of Agile principles. Salary determined by market and experience. Flexible schedule and remote work options available.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or similar roles
- Solid technical background as a software engineer (ideally in web with Node.js and React.js)
- Experience in Cloud and DevOps, ideally with GCP
- Knowledge in GenAI (RAG, agents, etc)
- Proven experience managing teams of 10+ people
- Previous experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder relationships
- Strong knowledge of architectures, best practices, testing,etc.
- Ability to handle and understand detailed technical documentation
- Analytical and consultative skills to provide technical solutions
- Adherence to Agile principles to deliver value to clients
- Conflict resolution skills and the ability to identify potential risks
- Fluent English and Arabic (MANDATORY)
