Engineering Manager

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our team of AI engineers, full-stack engineers, and data scientists. As a strong Engineering Manager, you'll drive engineering best practices, focus on reusability & reliability, and ensure timely & high-quality delivery of customer projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development
• Experience working in a customer-facing or consultancy environment
• 5+ years of experience managing and leading engineering teams
• Proven track record of driving engineering best practices and code quality
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
