Job Description
Pixalate is seeking an experienced corporate counsel to help accelerate growth by streamlining processes and ensuring legal compliance. The role focuses on analyzing legislative and regulatory obligations, drafting and negotiating agreements, and managing international affairs. The position requires strong communication skills, expertise in contract law, and collaboration across multiple functions.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role (5-7 years)
- Familiarity with SaaS agreements
- Legal education (e.g., LLB, GLD, JD)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent understanding of contract law
- Knowledge of board and shareholder resolutions
- Experience with fundraising
- Bachelor's degree (Law, Finance, Economics, Business Admin, International Affairs, or Management)
