Job Description
Pixalate is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to help accelerate growth in a cost-effective and legally compliant manner. The role involves analyzing legislative and regulatory obligations for applicability, drafting agreements, and coordinating financial reporting. This position requires excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple functions.
Requirements
- Experience analyzing legislative and regulatory obligations
- Drafting and amending subscriptions and data licensing agreements
- Understanding of subscription and data licensing agreements
- Project management for international affiliates and subsidiaries
- Drafting board resolutions and intercompany agreements
- Knowledge of SaaS agreements and data privacy regulations
- Effective communication skills
- Experience with fundraising activities
- Flexibility in managing legal tasks
- Understanding of global information security laws
