Engineering Manager, Software Development

We're looking for an Engineering Manager, Software Development to lead software engineering, testing, and surrounding development activities for one or more teams for PitchBook globally. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in Java, Javascript, React, and cloud technologies, and experience in Agile, Lean, and fast flow principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in software development roles
• 2+ years in an engineering leadership role with direct management responsibilities
• Experience with Java, Spring Framework (including Spring Boot), and Java-oriented middleware technologies
• Experience with containerization technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience with Javascript and React (or Angular/Vue)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
