Insurance Defense Attorney - VA / MD / DC - Hybrid remote - 125k-180k

We are a corporate law firm seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to represent insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and insureds in complex matters. The position offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• VA bar (bonus points for MD or DC bar)
• Recent experience in insurance defense
• Knowledge of insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage, professional malpractice, construction defect, toxic Torts, products / premises liability, asbestos litigation defense, trucking, transportation, and logistics
