Requirements
- MD bar (bonus points for VA or DC bar)
- Recent experience in insurance defense
- Knowledge of insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage, professional malpractice, construction defect, toxic torts, products/premises liability, asbestos litigation defense, and trucking, transportation, and logistics
