The role involves coaching engineers, reviewing their work, and providing technical direction. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, independent individual with strong communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years’ experience as a practicing engineer
• State registration as a Professional Engineer
• Expert in engineering theories and principles
• Expert in researching engineering and design issues
• Ability to deal with diverse individuals
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership within the utility industry
