Senior Product Support Specialist

Join Pigment, the AI-powered business planning and performance management platform, as a Senior Product Support Specialist. As a product expert, you will help customers derive value from Pigment by troubleshooting issues and providing problem-solving expertise. You will own support tickets from creation to closure and contribute to improving processes and product. This is a hybrid role based in London or Paris.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in application support, technical support, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Modeling role
• Technical know-how and affinity for learning new software
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills and ability to deliver on time
