Human Resources Generalist

Piermont Bank is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide comprehensive support and guidance in the day-to-day operations of human resources, including general administration, recruitment processes, employee benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, and overall general administration.

Requirements

• At least five years of previous applicable experience in Human Resources
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services is required
• Proven experience in employee engagement, employee relations, and payroll administration
• Understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
• Experience using ADP Workforce Now
• Working knowledge of employment law
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and collaborative skills
• Outstanding time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
