Job Description
Join our Horizon family as an HR Generalist and make a difference every day! As an HR Generalist, you'll serve as a main point of contact for employees and managers throughout the organization for all things employment-related, including benefits, leaves of absence, and workplace injuries. You'll develop strong relationships and serve as a trusted resource and advocate in supporting Horizon's mission.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field
- 3 years' experience in Human Resources
- HR Certification, such as SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, is a plus!
