Job Description
Helios HR is assisting Superior Paving in finding a Human Resources Generalist to support the HR department and employees with payroll, employee relations, benefits administration, and talent acquisition. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with 3–5 years of experience and strong communication skills to contribute to a culture of growth and leadership.
Requirements
- Support HRIS and payroll functions
- Conduct new hire onboarding, reference checks, and orientation
- Administer benefits
- Maintain compliance with employment laws
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee questions
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records
- Administer and track the company’s FMLA program
- Review benefit invoices
- Ensure HR practices support a safe and productive workplace
