Job Description
Pie is seeking an Underwriting Service Specialist II to process underwriting life cycles for commercial insurance policies. This role involves handling policy issuance, endorsements, and other revisions, including up to corrective endorsements and policy updates, primarily on a work-from-home basis. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, problem-solving oriented, and willing to learn.
Requirements
- Policy servicing & processing on direct and partner accounts.
- Ad hoc work with product & compliance teams for rate testing and data validation.
- Corrective endorsements for Work Comp errors.
- Batch processing for large volume quotes and submissions.
- Supporting UA & UW teams with data entry or file prep work.
