Technical Assistance Center Engineer

We are looking for a talented TAC Support Engineer to join our team in India. In this role, you will support our customers by providing technical expertise to support their utilization of Picus solutions. This includes technical support to the customer and/or products they engage with on the Picus platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science
• Good understanding and knowledge of current security control technologies and risks
• A few years of experience working in cybersecurity
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
