Job Description
We are looking for a Salary Calculator (m/w/d) to manage monthly salary payments, support employee benefits, and ensure compliance with regulations. As a Payroll Specialist, you will work with various teams to improve processes and support Picnic's growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or similar
- 2-5 years of professional experience in salary payments, payments, personnel management, or finance
- First experiences with an HCM system, ideally Workday, are advantageous
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Fluent German knowledge, English knowledge advantageous
