As our Compensation Clerks, you will be responsible for managing the monthly salary calculations, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also coordinate and conduct services with the People Team and improve processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Certifications in the field of payroll and salary calculation are preferred.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in the areas of compensation calculation, payments, human resources, or finance.
- First experiences with an HCM system, preferably Workday, are an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Responsible and accurate working style.
- Ability to set priorities effectively and communicate payment progress.
- Fluent German language skills, English language skills are an advantage.
