Job Description
This is a Senior TPM role for a card product within the Irving location, Texas. The position involves leading technical programs, managing projects from initiation to completion, and ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential. Responsibilities include data analysis, project tracking, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) in IT as a Technical Program Manager.
- Strong technical background with an understanding of software development principles.
- Experience with project management methodologies, particularly Agile.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
