Job Description
This Senior TPM role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical constraints. The PM will develop and manage complex programs, break them down into manageable components, and deliver them efficiently. They will lead initiatives from planning to execution and contribute to program roadmap management with communication and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of experience working in an agile and/or scrum environment
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
