Intake Coordinator - Men's Campus - Evening Shift

Phoenix Rescue Mission is seeking an Intake Coordinator for a Wednesday to Sunday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm shift. The role involves assessing potential clients, managing their data within the Mission's database, coordinating support services, and handling emergencies. This position requires a dedicated and compassionate individual committed to serving men and women in need.

Requirements

• Conduct initial client assessments, gathering information about property and potential resources.
• Input client data into the Mission’s database.
• Coordinate medical, legal, and ancillary services.
• Handle emergencies and crises as required.
• Manage case management assessments and client placement.
• Transport and distribute medication.
• Comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to the Mission’s policy manual and guidelines.
