Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Counseling, or another social service field or 4 years of experience in case management, social work, or a similar setting, or a combination of education and experience
Director of Quality
Bachelor's degree in quality assurance or related field, 5+ years of quality management experience, and leadership experience preferred
Street Outreach Case Manager (Stationary)
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Counseling, or another social service field or 4 years of experience in case management, social work, or a similar setting, or a combination of education and experience
Workforce Development Case Manager
High school diploma or GED, 3+ years of experience, computer proficiency, and a solid Christian witness and lifestyle
Counselor I (Men's Campus)
Master's degree in human services, 1+ year experience counseling in a Christ-centered ministry, current AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
Counselor II (Men's Campus)
Master’s degree in a human services field, associate licensure in Arizona, and one-year experience counseling clients in a Christ Centered Ministry
Intake Coordinator - Men's Campus - Evening Shift
Bachelor’s degree or 4 yrs exp in case management or related field. Certification in Peer Support is desired. Program database experience preferred
Internship (Unpaid)
Bachelor's degree required. Detail-oriented and collaborative. Strong Christian presence is vital
Director of Clinical Quality
Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, social work, public health, healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. At least five years of experience in quality management, compliance, or program evaluation. Leadership experience is preferred
Food Service Coordinator - Monday-Friday, 8-hour Shifts
High school diploma, 2+ years food production experience, or 1 year PRM kitchen experience. ServSafe certification, excellent communication and organizational skills
