Phoenix Rescue Mission is seeking a Food Service Coordinator to assist with overseeing kitchen operations, coordinating meal production and quality control, and training program clients and Ministry Trainees in operational kitchen functions.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years' experience working in a food production or kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food handling protocols
- ServSafe Food Management Certification or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Ability to organize efficiently and effectively
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate PRM resources and work effectively with management, staff, and volunteers
- Self-starter with ability to adapt to a constantly changing client and volunteer staffing
- Reliability and punctuality
