Job Description
Philz is seeking a Green Coffee Handler for the Roasting Plant in Oakland, CA. This on-site position involves the operation and maintenance of green coffee silo systems, preparing equipment for roasting demand. The role includes quality control, inventory management, and maintenance tasks, with a focus on green coffee receipt, loading, and staging.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of industrial experience
- Ability to lift 75 pounds of free weight
- Understanding of mechanical principles and basic math skills
- Forklift experience required
- ServSafe Food Handler certification a plus
