3+ yrs exp. managing a fast paced retail business, experience in P&L oversight, and strong organizational skills. Need to be able to recruit and train the team and succeed in a customer service driven role

8+ years digital marketing, performance media, & ecommerce experience. 4+ years leadership in a fast-growing retail brand. Strong in paid media, analytics & customer segmentation

5+ years PHP/Ruby/Python/Ruby on Rails exp. RESTful architecture & database skills. Strong understanding of APIs & Git. Cloud & docker experience is needed

Operates coffee equipment, maintains cleanliness, lifts 50lbs intermittently. Requires a passion for people and willingness to learn. Must be adaptable to changes
