Job Description
Philz is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce to lead all digital marketing, performance media, and ecommerce initiatives. This role focuses on driving traffic and sales to retail stores through geo-targeted campaigns, DTC/subscription growth, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, execution skills, and experience in the fast-moving retail, food & beverage, and tech industries.
Requirements
- 8+ years in digital marketing, performance media, and ecommerce
- 4+ years in senior leadership
- Experience in a multi-unit retail, F&B, and/or lifestyle brand
- Demonstrated success driving in-store traffic
- Deep knowledge of paid media platforms and analytics tools
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation
- Strong budget and financial experience
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
