Job Description
The Senior Director, Individual Giving directs individual philanthropy programs, including Principal Gifts, Major Gifts, Leadership Annual Giving, and Planned Giving and Gifts of Works of Art. The position leads a team of fundraisers and manages a personal portfolio of gift prospects.
Requirements
- Extensive progressively responsible fundraising experience
- Familiarity with, and commitment to, best practices in fundraising program management and measurement
- Experience as a senior leader with a record of progressive accomplishments
- Ability to provide management oversight, leadership, and direction
