Phenospex is looking for a 3rd Level Support Engineer to provide expert, third-level technical after-sales support to their global customer base and drive product improvement. The successful candidate will have a technical background, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in a similar technical role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Automation, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 1–3 years of professional experience in a similar technical role
- Excellent technical aptitude and strong programming skills (C/C++ preferred)
- Proficiency with Linux (Debian) operating system and commands
- Database experience is a plus (SQL)
- High attention to detail as well as the ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Driver’s licence and the flexibility to travel for occasional on-site support
