Job Description
We're looking for a Support Engineer to join our team. The role involves navigating a complex, highly dynamic, and fast-paced environment to provide software support services for highly-available, real-time systems used by Telecommunication Service Providers.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in a telco technical role
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix platforms administration
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Ability to take emergency shifts every few weeks
