Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries
• Fluent in English and Spanish mandatory, minimum C1 certificate in English and C2 Spanish
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Highly motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
