Job Description
We are looking for a Director/Senior Director, Commercialization Operations to lead the strategic and operational support for Sales, Medical and Market Access field teams and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and supporting commercial operations CRM system, analytics tools, and data warehouse production environments.
Requirements
- BS and Advanced degree desired
- 8+ years of experience in building and supporting commercial operations CRM system, analytics tools, and data warehouse production environments
- Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and motivate cross functional teams
