• 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, people, or chief-of-staff-type roles
• Proven ability to scale internal systems, people operations, or administrative functions
• Exceptional project management, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on execution
• High integrity and sound judgment
• Strong written and collaborative communication skills
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Strong understanding of HR best practices
