Trusted support of management in day-to-day business and strategic projects, including organization of appointments, travel, and e-mails, and creation of professional presentations and documents.

Requirements

• Completed business education or degree in business administration, communication science, or comparable field
• Relevant experience in assistance or office sector
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Travel readiness and flexibility
• Independence and initiative to work proactively and goal-oriented
• Sovereignty and discretion when dealing with confidential information
• Solution-oriented and empathetic personality
