Job Description
The Executive Assistant will be an integral part of the Business Services Team, contributing to the overall success of the organization by ensuring efficient operations and seamless support for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
- Proficiency in using MS Office, or Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both German and English languages
- Great attention to detail and accuracy, as well as special attention to meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
