Enterprise Sales Development Representative (UK)

Perceptyx is hiring an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to generate qualified enterprise opportunities and partner with Enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue growth across EMEA. The role involves pipeline generation, strategic engagement, qualification, collaboration, and strategy development.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of total professional experience in enterprise SaaS with B2B sales development or inside sales experience
• Demonstrated success selling into enterprise organizations, preferably to HR or L&D leaders
• Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM and sales engagement tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while managing multiple countries or markets
