Job Description
Perceptyx is looking for an Enablement Specialist to craft meaningful learning experiences that empower customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong instructional design and LMS expertise, with experience in creating engaging enablement content and managing LMS platforms.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience as an Instructional Designer, Enablement Specialist, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Skilljar (or equivalent LMS platform)
- Proficiency with Synthesia, Articulate 360 (or Rise/Storyline), and video or multimedia editing tools
- Strong written communication and editing skills with a focus on instructional clarity, accessibility, and visual design
- Data-driven mindset with experience reporting on learning performance or enablement metrics
- Familiarity with automated learner communications and LMS workflow setup
