The Systems Engineer will outline, develop, and implement data engineering solutions, working with web-based applications that automate data management for IC data custodians.
Requirements
- TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance
- Seven (7) years experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Demonstrated experience supporting Systems Engineering efforts
- Ability to implement comprehensive SOA solutions
- Ability to conduct and/or approve end-to-end system trade analyses
- Ability to ensure effective, periodic review and control of the evolving configuration of a system
- Ability to develop system design alternatives that consider life cycle cost, reuse, complexity, risk, system expansion, and growth
- Ability to maintain knowledge of current and evolving agency, national, and international standards applicable to the system development of interest
- Ability to recommend a preferred solution based on selection criteria
- Ability to provide technical direction for the full systems engineering life cycle
- Ability to fully define interfaces in terms of origination, destination, stimulus, and data characteristics for software
