The Senior Systems Engineer - Data Ingest position is responsible for outlining, developing, and implementing data engineering solutions. The candidate will work with concurrent IC-provided data sets, identify, map, and model data transformation routines, and document new and existing data flows.
Requirements
- TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance
- Twenty (20) years experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience supporting Systems Engineering efforts
- Able to implement comprehensive SOA solutions
- Able to conduct and/or approve end-to-end system trade analyses
- Able to ensure effective, periodic review and control of the evolving configuration of a system
- Able to develop system design alternatives
- Able to maintain knowledge of current and evolving agency, national, and international standards applicable to the system development of interest
- Able to recommend a preferred solution based on selection criteria
- Able to provide technical direction for the full systems engineering life cycle
- Able to fully define interfaces in terms of origination, destination, stimulus, and data characteristics for software
