Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate (Tech Recruiter) to lead our talent strategy and attract top-tier tech & digital talent across all levels of positions. You will be instrumental in driving our organization's growth and long-term objectives.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles
- Utilize talent sourcing methodologies, including executive search, industry networking, and direct headhunting
- Conduct in-depth evaluations of candidates' technical expertise and problem-solving abilities
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure alignment in candidate selection
- Deliver a premium candidate experience
- Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines and talent mapping for niche or hard-to-fill technical roles
- Monitor key recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes
