Requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and employee referrals to attract top talent.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone and video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts to enhance the company’s visibility in the job market.
- Handle administrative hiring tasks, including preparing offer letters, on-boarding candidates, and ensuring compliance with hiring regulations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment strategies.
