We are looking for a dynamic HR Director to join our team and support clients across various regions. You will lead the delivery of HR solutions, manage client relationships, and work in partnership with our team to provide a first-class HR service.
Requirements
- Lead the delivery of HR solutions to client businesses
- Manage a portfolio of clients and work in partnership with the team
- Spot opportunities and add value to our SME client base
- Work with the Regional Director and marketing team to attract and gain new clients
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning and business transformation
- Ability to influence at all levels and lead teams
- CIPD (L7) qualified or equivalent
- Strong people skills and ability to build relationships with SME business owners
